One was that I experienced this. Web Hosting I use this experience through a ddos attack that resulted in 80 port webserver (apache) can not be accessed.

And I suspect this is done by the contestants SEO because I often experience in hosting this as well, when the SEO contest winner announced shortly I had a lot of attacks.

I hope this is not done anymore by the contestants.
