You can play it, but with the settings turned down. I would not reconmend it unless you are willing to look at the game with less than what it was meant to be played with.

I can play call of duty modernwarefare 2 on this but with the settings toned down. This laptop does impress me. It works really good.

Man, I used to hate gateway too and their computers have sucked for a long time. That has all changed. A buddy of mine bought a really nice 23″ monitor from gateway and it kicks ass. And by the way this laptop is awesome. I love it. The screen on this thing rocks. Check it out, they probably fired the guy in charge of the designs.
i hate gateway laptops i bought one 2 years ago and it sucks! it over heats like in 15 mins. it shuts down very often. the battery only last about barely an hour at full charge. no offense to any1 who like gateway comps. but i think they r da worse manufactures.
Yes changing the hard drive is really easy and awesome because you can use any size for example you can get a 640Gigabyte hard drive at compusa for 139.00. By the way thanks for the comment, I appreciate it.
